# Configuration

# Setting start and end of shifts.

You can set the start and end time of up to 10 shifts.
To do this you can access the configuration through the navigation: InBox > ShiftReportTicket -> Core. Example:

You can access the charts via the Indicators menu, in the Stop Call Report sub-item, or by accessing the link:

# Using filters

You can use filters such as: Chart Types, which has chart preview options in pie styles, lines, and bars.

Or filter a time period interval by setting its beginning and end.
